The High Files - Heimkommen

I've always loved packing as many languages into as little text as possible. Could it be that I can once again be the Art Appreciator I used to be before all the New Dark Night Glamour came and claimed me? (Mind you, never did I let myself be claimed so gladly!) I used to be so happy around here. And everything is still here. The paintings, the drawings, the poetry, the prose, the other things of great beauty. I want to see and read it all. I want to emulate it if I can. And if not... then I just want to Appreciate it. Because that is one thing I'm always very good at. It finally happened

And this time it isn't funny and it isn't a joke and it isn't my imagination. I think. For my imagination, these days, is simply not to be trusted anymore. I am going insane. There's thoughts and ideas in my head that simply have no business hanging around there. They're awfully hard to chase away and awfully easy to give in to. And I am weak - so I give in. I forget things. Important things. I skip classes and funk my assignments. Because somehow I make myself believe that it doesn't matter and that deadlines are more like guidelines really. The High Files - To The Ship!

All hands to larboard! And because I don't feel looking up the English translation of all the zillion nautical terms and phrases I have learnt these few days, I will simply say that the sailing trip on the 'Sljôcht & Rjôcht' was a hoot and a huge success. I have had any amount of fun and never did I feel so useful despite my being an Ignorant Passenger. Yes, sailing is brilliant stuff... *runs off back to the post-summer-holiday life of oojamarillion things that want doing* Whoopee! To the ship!
